The chocolate salami is a simple dessert that usually appeals to everyone. Nevertheless, some turn up their noses in front with raw eggs. Ingredients:
500g plain biscuits (such as Gold Saiwa)
a mocha 3 cups of coffee (without sugar)
150gr macaroons
130gr soft butter
a glass of liqueur amaretto
70g cocoa powder
Procedure:
coarsely chop the biscuits in a bowl. In a blender pulverize the macaroons. Add the icing sugar and cocoa. Then, transfer the mixture into the bowl with the cookies.
