you know those cold cakes ready of a famous brand? The perfect summer that just add a few ingredients for a good trick! Well, this is moooooolto better! Good, fresh and creamy! One must thank to nightfairy which I swiped the recipe and I made a few minor changes (I do not deny ever)!
The taste of the yogurt of course depends on you! I've tried it with the strawberry and apricot .... but ... off to the imagination!
It 's a simple cake, always like that at all. And then, if an effect is also well decorated! I am me for decorating the ispirara Cheese cake with almonds ziodà ... et voila, the recipe!


Ingredients:
For the base:
180g of biscuits
90gr butter, melted
For the cream:
10g of gelatine
375gr yogurt
340g whipping cream
5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
vanillin
To cover:
marmalade passed with the blender

Procedure:
For the base: blend the biscuits in a food processor, add the melted butter and coating the bottom of a cake. Flatten well and put in fridge to rest.
For the cream: soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with sugar and cream mount separately. Add the dissolved gelatin with a little 'of yogurt on the stove to the rest of the yogurt. Gently incorporate the whipped cream. Pour the cream into the base and place in refrigerator to solidify.
For the topping: once the cream soda is covered with a thin layer of jam.
