Inspirational For New Baby

Chocolate ... synonymous with pampering ...
for me, the trick must have chocolate! If this is then enclosed between two flaky biscuits made with almonds and hazelnuts ... here is the perfect dessert! Small, that you can not say no ... but, alas, with the kisses of a lady you do not stop at the first ever!


The recipe is Cicione , Wired New York.


Ingredients: 100g flour

100g butter 60g sugar 60g almonds

60g of hazelnuts with the skin
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 pinch salt

Procedure:
in the blender, finely chop almonds and hazelnuts. Add sugar, flour, vinillina and a pinch of salt. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and knead briefly with the softened butter until creamy and smooth, much like a pastry. Shape into small balls such as cherries and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place the plate in the fridge for at least two hours. Once you are well hardened bake at 170 degrees for 8 / 9 minutes (should not brown). Allow to cool and then combine the two and two biscuits with melted chocolate.
