Ingredients:
250g coconut rapè
200g sugar 25g flour
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl are a spoon. Shape into balls or quenelles and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes in oven preheated to 180 degrees.
(dose for 45 biscuits 15g)
