Arcimboldi on show in Milan

The first exhibition of this great artist in this building Royal from 10 February, an extraordinary artist from Milan celebrated in major European courts of the sixteenth century. Text set in the spectacular show (Seasons and Elements), from Vienna, Madrid and Paris in addition to three seasons of Monaco and the extraordinary drawings of grotesque figures belonging to "paint ridiculous." MOST brings attention to the cultural context in which it moves Arcimboldo, his apprenticeship and his early works in the Milan area by relocating the artist in its original context and explaining the reasons for his call to the Habsburg court
