Chocolate cookies with walnuts and egg whites and coconut biscuits

I wanted to make the classic American cookies. I find a recipe that uses brown sugar and hazelnuts: a perfect match! Too bad that at home I just 25g of nuts. However, I have a lot of nuts ... mumble mumble ... recipe Morena is perfect!


Ingredients:
300g flour 00

Procedure:
