Ingredients for filling:
200gr ricotta
Ingredients for base:
2 eggs
200g sugar 100g flour

1 teaspoon baking
50g dark chocolate 80g butter
Procedure:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl of the filling (ricotta, vanilla and sugar). In an 'another bowl whisk the eggs with sugar. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the butter. Incorporate the egg mixture and add the flour sifted with baking powder. Pour half the mix into a mold, cover with the filling and gently spread on the dough Left. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. After baking powder (if desired) with icing sugar and cut into squares.
Ingredients for a mold of approximately 20x15 cm.
