A quick and easy dessert, perfect for breakfast!
Ingredients:
175 grams of butter
175 grams of dark chocolate
140 g chopped walnuts roughly
a pinch of salt 3 eggs
175 grams of sugar
Procedure:
In a large pot, melt the butter with the chocolate
Remove them from heat and add sugar, mixing well.
Add eggs one at a time, flour and nuts.
Pour into a mold lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Turn out and cut into squares.
I've served with coffee ice cream and a chocolate sauce.
