What To Wear When You Get A Brazilian

Flake chocolate

It 's a simple but effective decoration. I now for the rush I have not made so well. I have dirtied their hands smeared with chocolate and I did not expect it to be very strong to pull the strips of acetate. I hope to be quite clear in the explanations!
If you want better pictures, I refer you to those who at the time I found myself on Wired New York posted by lucia72 .

Needed:
a sheet of acetate
scissors
dark chocolate white chocolate

Procedure:
Obtain a couple of strips all the same from acetate sheet. Melt the white chocolate and spread on the strips.
Let thicken slightly, then wipe it with a notched trowel (I had made the first test with a fork, but can also wanting to do it all one color!).
Do coagulate completely.
Spread over the chocolate melted but not hot. Let it dry a bit 'and then cut each strip into smaller pieces. Match the ends and allow to set completely.
Once solidified completely remove the transparency and make the bow with the help of the melted chocolate. Allow to cool and use as desired.

I love chocolate in all its forms.
I realized that I had not made a blog extra chocolaty recipe I like it ... we need to fix!
The recipe I took from GialloZafferano with some small modifications.
can be flavored with whatever you prefer (cognac, rum, coffee, ...). The cover can be made at will: covered with melted chocolate and then rolled in coconut, icing sugar, hazelnuts, ... Or simply passed into the cocoa.
So ... let loose to the imagination!

half I've rolled them in melted white chocolate and then in coconut. The remaining in dark chocolate and then in powdered sugar. I made them yesterday, a little 'I gave them, and others are already brushed. Simply divine!

Ingredients:
350g of dark chocolate
150gr cream
coverage at will

Procedure:
Chop the chocolate in the cream and bring to a boil. Pour over chocolate and let stand a few minutes. Stir until mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Allow to cool completely and harden completely before you mount with electric whips to obtain a more light and fluffy. With two teaspoons (or with the pastry bag) form of the piles on a tray covered with baking paper. Allow to fully consolidate in the fridge and then proceed to the cover.
